Research planning, execution, and analysis for a non-profit trade association

At American Business Media, and after a merger, at the Software and Information Industry Association, I conducted a wide range of research projects, from an ongoing survey of the size of the industry to analysis of mobile penetration, readership, health care benefits, and compensation at member companies, to opinion polling of media consumers, publishers, and marketers.
